Hello Hello!!
First introduce myself! My name is Christina, I was born and an animal in Greece, I am now 30 years old and I am involved in pastry !! I studied medical lab technician and pastry-bakery technician. You will now be wondering how these 2 stick together …. but they don’t stick around for that and I studied !!
I’m a man who can’t (and doesn’t want) to do the same thing for a long time and wants to try other new things, and if you look at my resume, he’ll understand how many different jobs I’ve done. And let’s be honest from all the chores my beloved certainly wasn’t when I worked as a pastry chef, no matter how weird it sounds.
After thinking and searching through my wishes, I decided to make my own page by writing about the kind of pastry that I like (and not only) and creating sweets you will find in their recipes in detail and photographic material. I’ll also have tips to know how to save situations, how to prevent situations, and how to achieve what you think is impossible! To know anyway … NOTHING is impossible, everything is to believe it, to have ANY stress and to enjoy it !!
Here’s hoping with me you find the appetite and desire to come into the kitchen to create, play, impress and enjoy it !! After all, doing something with force is never a good thing. So if you really want to get involved and all you need is motivation I will do my best to give it to myself and together … sweeten it !!
